Manildra Group owns and operates flour mills at three locations in the heart of the Australian wheat belt, boasting state-of-the-art equipment to produce a full range of wheat flours and mixes for both domestic and international markets. Our mills are located at:

  • Narrandera, New South Wales

The Manildra Group’s mills pack 42 different products for the Australian market, while exports reach over 18 different countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, New Zealand, Indonesia, Tonga, Samoa and the Pacific Islands.

To ensure ample access to a full range of quality wheats, each of our mills is supported by a central wheat purchasing division, while all our mills have fully equipped and accredited laboratory and quality control systems. Furthermore, test bakeries are used for performance certification and the results shared with production personnel to ensure our quality standards are consistently met in an efficient manner.

Durum Semolina

High-grade semolina for pasta products is produced in the Manildra Group’s Gunnedah mill, which includes a modern plant for its production. Quality is ensured through a careful wheat selection process and highly efficient purifiers in the milling, resulting in consistent quality and uniform colour to achieve the best quality pasta.

Manildra Group offers both hard white wheat semolina and golden durum semolina to meet every requirement of pasta production.
